Major General Sansadeen Adebanjo Awosanya (Rtd)
Chairman
Major General Awosanya served in the Nigerian Army for 30 years before he retired. The General is a man of many parts- an administrator, a financial analyst, a strategist, a manager of man, material and money. He had his Diploma in Accounting from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, before joining the Nigerian Army. A project of the famous Gwent College of Higher Education, Newport, South Wales, United Kingdom, the General is a Member of the Association of Certified National Accountants of Nigeria (CNA), Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM), member of the prestigious National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) where bagged his MNIM.

Mrs. Awosanya was a primary and secondary school teacher before she resigned to go into business. She was a product of Ahmadiyya Grammar School, Iwo in Osun State, and Muslim Teachers Training College, Oru in Ogun State. A certificate teacher, she has Diploma in Environmental Studies and Bachelor of Education from the University of Cardiff, Wales, in the United Kingdom. She taught at Army command Children School, Oshodi, Maryland Comprehensive High School, Maryland, Igbobi College and Morocco Comprehensive High School, before she quit teaching for business management. She has demonstrated her business prowess as retail, wholesaler and manufacturer.

Musibau Adeosun obtained his B.sc degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife in 1992 with Second Class Honour (Upper Division). He later proceeded to University of Ibadan when he bagged M.sc degree in Economics in 1997. He is a Chartered Stockbroker and a dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and duly registered by Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). He started his professional career with Afribank Securities Limited (formerly AIL Securities Limited) a subsidiary of Afribank Nigeria plc in 1998 as an Investment Officer. He was Assistant Head Marketing Department between 1999-2000; during the period, he handled various volumes of transaction for the company. .
