Rostrum Investment & Securities Limited, formerly known as Prexise Securities Limited (“The Company”) was incorporated as a private Limited Liability Company on December 30, 1991 and commenced operations as a specialized Investment Management Firm in 1997.
The company’s Head Office is located at 257 Herbert Macaulay Way, Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos. The company is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as Broker/Dealer.
Similarly, the company was admitted as a member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in 1997 and has since been licensed to deal in securities of quoted companies. It is also duly registered as a Participant Institution with NASD Plc (OTC Securities Exchange) and has since been dealing and trading on unquoted securities accordingly.
Rostrum Investment & Securities Limited has an Authorized Share Capital of ₦1,030,000,000 divided into 2,060,000,000 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each, of which ₦1,029,000,000 has been issued and fully paid up. The company provides a wide range of efficient Investment and Financial Advisory Services to Institutional Investors, Corporate Bodies and Individuals.
It offers advice to Corporate Bodies on Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Financing, Initial Public Offering and Securities Trading, with special focus on high net-worth individuals and corporate bodies.

Board of Directors
- Major General Sansadeen Adebanjo Awosanya (Rtd)ChairmanMajor General Awosanya served in the Nigerian Army for 30 years before he retired. The General is a man of many parts- an administrator, a financial analyst, a strategist, a manager of man, material and money. He had his Diploma in Accounting from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, before joining the Nigerian Army. A project of the famous Gwent College of Higher Education, Newport, South Wales, United Kingdom, the General is a Member of the Association of Certified National Accountants of Nigeria (CNA), Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM), member of the prestigious National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) where bagged his MNIM.
- Mrs. Funmilola O. AwosanyaDirectorMrs. Awosanya was a primary and secondary school teacher before she resigned to go into business. She was a product of Ahmadiyya Grammar School, Iwo in Osun State, and Muslim Teachers Training College, Oru in Ogun State. A certificate teacher, she has Diploma in Environmental Studies and Bachelor of Education from the University of Cardiff, Wales, in the United Kingdom. She taught at Army command Children School, Oshodi, Maryland Comprehensive High School, Maryland, Igbobi College and Morocco Comprehensive High School, before she quit teaching for business management. She has demonstrated her business prowess as retail, wholesaler and manufacturer.
- Adepeju Fatima AdeniranDirectorAdepeju Adeniran holds Masters in Business Administration MBA from University of Bridgeport and also Master of Public Administration MPA from Binghamton University in United States.
- Mrs. Modupe O. OyefesoDirectorA graduate of the Lagos State Polytechnic Isolo, Lagos is also a graduate of Bachelors of Science (BSc.) degree in Business Administration and a holder of Masters Degree (MSc.) in Human Resources Management from the University of Bedfordshire also in the United Kingdom.

- Mr. Sunday S. OlaitanManaging Director / Chief Executive OfficerSunday is a seasoned Stockbroker and Chartered Accountant. He is a 1998 graduate of Accountancy and Finance from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.
- Mr. Musibau AdeosunExecutive Director, OperationsMusibau Adeosun obtained his B.sc degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife in 1992 with Second Class Honour (Upper Division). He later proceeded to University of Ibadan when he bagged M.sc degree in Economics in 1997. He is a Chartered Stockbroker and a dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and duly registered by Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). He started his professional career with Afribank Securities Limited (formerly AIL Securities Limited) a subsidiary of Afribank Nigeria plc in 1998 as an Investment Officer. He was Assistant Head Marketing Department between 1999-2000; during the period, he handled various volumes of transaction for the company. .
- Mr. Eniola Bolaji Iluyemi, FAIA, CNAAccountsBecame a professional accountant by dint of assiduity and self determination through private studies. He is a versatile resource person, vast in knowledge, richly experienced and highly exposed. His determination and desire towards becoming a professionally qualified accountant dates back to his secondary school days a serious and studious commercial student in the late 60s.
- Mr. Olukayode Lanre OkubanjoCompliance OfficerHe is an Accounting graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, OgunState. He is also an Associate member of The Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria, a professional member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and a member of the Association of Compliance Officers of Nigeria.
- Mr. Oluwaseun Clement OwoyeyeChief Finance OfficerA graduate of Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. He is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
- Mr. Oluyemi A. OmodayoLegal / Risk Management OfficerOLU’ OMODAYO attended the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria where he obtained an LL.B (Hons.) in 2011. He was admitted to the Nigeria Law School, Lagos Campus and obtained his B.L in 2012. He is currently pursuing his LL.M degree at the University of Lagos. Prior to obtaining his Law degree, he obtained Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnics, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) and also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
- Mr. Fisayo AdetayoBrokerAdetayo Fisayo is a seasoned and well versed Investment Banker. He has experiences in various fields: banking, audit firm, pharmaceutical company and Stockbroking.
- Mr. Mobolaji Brodie-MendsHuman Resources ManagerMr. Bolaji Brodie-Mends obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lagos State University in 1999.
