Mr. Bolaji Brodie-Mends obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lagos State University in 1999.
He started his professional career with Lagos State Government, Ministry of Economics Planning and Budget as an Administrative Officer II in 2000. He served in various capacities and notably secretary to various Boards of the government and was subsequently promoted to Administrative Officer I in 2003 where he worked up until 2004 and joined UACN Mr. Biggs Division as Human Resource Officer to start his private sector career.
Due to dint of hard work, he rose to become Staff Manager- Lagos Region in 2006 managing a staff strength of over 2,200 personnel in the division before his transfer to UACN Property Development Company Plc in 2008 as Human Resources Support Manager, a position he held till he left in 2009.
He joined Courier plus in 2009 as a pioneer staff of the company in the capacity of Human Resources Support Manager and was instrumental in the setting up of the organization Human Resources department along with the design and implementation of all company policies and procedures in the Human Resources unit. He was later deployed to the Fleet unit as Fleet Manager to regularize and streamline activities in the unit before his subsequent resignation from the company to join Ruby Group in 2011.
Bolaji joined Rostrum Investment and Securities in 2014 He is an associate member of Institute of Human Capital Managers, Nigeria, a Professional member of the society for Human Resources Management, America and a Certificated Human Resource Business Professional of the Human Resources certification Institute of America
